Your Questions – Our Answers
Arrival & Departure
Check-In:
Your room is ready from 3:00 PM (earlier if available). Please let us know if you are arriving after 8:00 PM.
Check-Out:
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM, or by prior arrangement.
Extras:
Early check-in and late check-out are available for an extra charge. You can store your luggage with us free of charge at any time if you arrive earlier or depart later.
Adler gourmet half-board
Breakfast:
7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. On Sundays, we offer our late riser breakfast until 10:30 AM.
Afternoon Snack:
Daily from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
Dinner (Gourmet Half-Board):
6:00 PM to 7:30 PM in the restaurant.
Allergies & Intolerances
Important:
Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances when booking or at least 48 hours before check-in.
Service:
We cook with care and cater to your individual needs. Gluten-free and lactose-free products are of course available. Please inform us when booking or at least 48 hours before check-in.
Extras:
On request, we will be happy to provide you with allergy-friendly bedding and personally coordinate the evening menu with you.
Bathrobe & Wellness Bag
Included:
We provide bathrobes free of charge for the duration of your stay. In the room you will find a wellness bag with towels and bathrobes.
Bath Slippers:
Please bring your own bath slippers to protect the environment. If you have forgotten them, you can get a pair at the reception.
Bar & Restaurant (à la Carte)
Bar Opening Hours:
Our hotel bar is open for you from 11:30 AM to 12:00 AM.
Hot Meals:
You can find the exact kitchen times of the à la carte restaurant on our restaurant page. We kindly ask you to reserve a table for dinner.
Extras:
We offer various fondue variations on request. (Here is our menu)
Payment
Your stay can be paid for the day before your departure (until approx. 9:00 PM) or on the day of departure (8:00 AM to 11:00 AM).
We accept cash payments in euros, EC card, Visa and MasterCard.
Flowers
For special occasions, we would be happy to order a flower arrangement for you at cost.
Parking & Vehicles
Free of charge:
Parking spaces are available free of charge & without allocation in front of the hotel and behind the house.
For a fee:
You can rent carports and garage spaces for €10 per day.
E-charging station:
A charging station is available for your electric car and e-bikes. Please register briefly at the reception.
Bicycle cellar
You can park your bicycles free of charge and safely in our underground garage. We kindly ask you to secure your bicycles with your own lock.
Guest Card
The Montafon guest card is available for you free of charge at the reception and offers you numerous advantages (details can be found HERE).
Pets (Dogs)
Costs:
Your four-legged friend is very welcome!
We charge €20 per day.
Important:
Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, dogs are not allowed in the hotel restaurant or in the SPA area.
Dining:
Would you like to dine with your dog? We would be happy to reserve a table for you in the separate dog area at the reception
Rules:
Please keep your darling on a leash throughout the hotel area (muzzle obligation applies in public transport). Dog towels for drying are available at the reception. We ask you to remove dog excrement.
Children
Equipment:
For our youngest guests, we provide travel cots, fall-out protection, changing mats, high chairs, etc. free of charge.
Food/Drinks:
We also offer child-friendly food.
Sauna:
The use of the sauna is permitted from the age of 16.
Pillows & Mattresses
Pillow selection:
We would be happy to bring you a different pillow. We offer neck support pillows, side sleeper pillows or memory foam pillows. If you need one, just come to us.
Mattress Service:
If your mattress is too hard or too soft, please let us know. Our mattresses can be turned over (one side softer, the other harder).
Packed lunch
Free of charge:
You can put together a packed lunch free of charge instead of breakfast from the buffet.
Additionally:
If you would like a package in addition to breakfast, we charge from €7.50.
Massages & Cosmetics
Care:
In our SPA you will be competently and individually cared for by a well-trained team of therapists and beauticians.
Booking:
You can book appointments directly at the reception or, ideally, before arrival. (You can find the versatile offer in the wellness brochure).
Public Transport
Your arrival:
The Montafonerbahn stop is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Environmentally friendly travel by train is quick and comfortable from many regions of Central Europe.
On site:
The ski bus to the Golm ski area starts directly from the hotel! All other ski areas in the area can be reached quickly and easily by train or bus.
Post & Postcards
Postcards and stamps are available at reception. We would be happy to take your mail to the post office.
Smoking
Allowed:
Our beautiful sun terrace and the balconies are available for smokers (ashtrays are ready).
Prohibited:
There is a strict smoking ban in all rooms.
Cleaning & Safe
Sauna
The textile-free regulation applies to the sauna area
The carrying of mobile phones is strictly prohibited to protect the privacy of guests
Ski cellar / Heated ski boot room
The ski cellar is located in the basement with the lift.
Please use our side entrance with ski boots (in the garden on the left).
Sun protection
Attention:
Due to the altitude and the depth reflection, the sun here is a lot more intense than in lower altitudes. Therefore, don’t forget to cream your skin with a high sun protection factor!
Phone
There is a direct dial telephone in your room.
Line management:
Dial “0” for external calls.
Costs:
Internal telephone calls are free of charge.
Reception:
You can connect directly to the reception by dialing 60.
Water
Our tap water is high-quality spring water and is safe to drink.
Wellness
Saunas: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Steam bath: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Indoor pool: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Sauna towels:
Fresh towels are available in the room and at a station in the wellness area (2nd floor). Please use your towel more than once to protect the environment.
