Have the cancellation conditions changed?
Don’t worry: If you cannot start your holiday due “Corona”, our changed cancellation conditions apply:
Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival or flexibly postponed. That mean for example: Border closure for the outgoing or incoming country, in the case of quarantine, own corona infection…
There is no mask requirement in the entire hotel building?
In the hotel you don’t have to wear a mask
Do i have to pay attention to something in the restaurant?
We ask you to disinfect cour hands as often as possible. We are now also making the menu available digitally. Or we can bring a printed card to your table on request.
Can i use the Indoor pool and the sauna?
Our wellness area is still open.
Sauna ist daily openen from 01.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
Indoor pool ist for our hotelguest open from 06.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
Can i book massage or cosmetik?
You can enjoy massage and beauty programm as usal.

What should i do if i am feeling sick?
Please call us from your room telephone. The reception informs the hotline 1450 and this decides which measures have to be taken. We are always on site as a family and are always available as a communication link.
We have special times but we try to make the best!
