For guests with gluten intolerance, we have dishes that you will never forget. Laktose-free, gluten-free, vegan or sugar-free food is available for our guests on request and is individually prepared by our kitchen team.
We use gluten-free grains, e.g. Millet, buckwheat and rice, and do not use the same cooking spoon, knife, etc. for gluten-containing and gluten-free foods during cooking.
We obtain gluten-free bread and pastries from bakeries and manufacturers whose products have the international gluten-free symbol.
