The relaxation continues after the sauna. Find your favorite spot:
- Listen to the crackling wood in the open fireplace in our cozy lounge.
- Relax on our waterbeds and enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains.
- Fresh fruit, various types of tea and fruit syrup are available free of charge for your refreshment.
Warmth & Security
Choose the warmth that suits you to relax your muscles and mind:
- Finnish sauna (90°C): The classic and intensive way to really sweat.
- Sanarium (60: The gentle sauna variant, ideal for beginners.
- Herbal steam bath (55°C): Gentle, aromatic warmth for the respiratory tract. (Open from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.)
- Infrared cabin: Soothing deep heat for your back and muscles.
Indoor pool
Size: 12 x 6 meters
Our indoor pool is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for your morning swim or evening refreshment. Swim your laps in peace and quiet, even against the resistance of our counter-current system.
The following are also available for active regeneration:
- An invigorating plunge pool after the sauna.
- The classic Kneipp pool to strengthen the circulation.
- The calming waterfall outdoors for a moment of peace.

So that everyone feels comfortable
The peace in the sauna is our greatest asset. Please observe a few simple rules that ensure the relaxation of all guests:
- Mobile phones and cameras are not permitted here.
- Nude: The saunas are used nude for hygienic reasons. Please put a sufficiently large towel underneath you.
- Age limit: The minimum age for using the saunas is 16 years.
