Hiking in Montafon

In Montafon, there are countless hiking and walking trails. From leisurely strolls through the green fields and meadows to alpine tours in rocky terrain, everything is possible.

Guided hikes on various themes (in the footsteps of Hemingway, aqua hikes, children’s hikes, in the footsteps of the miners, etc.) can be booked at any time through the tourist offices.

Via ferrata in St. Anton in Montafon

A sporty via ferrata, close to the valley and with a “refreshing” route. Not too difficult due to the step aids and therefore also well suited for children and young people. Beautifully built around the waterfall. In addition to the exciting climbing, the athletes can expect a rope bridge variant, which requires courage, offers a fantastic view into the depths and can be bypassed.

The via ferrata is in the immediate vicinity of our hotel and is easily accessible on foot (approx. 700 m – 13 minutes).

Mountain biking in Montafon

Over 600 signs point out the individual routes and guarantee absolute biking pleasure.

The trail network and the bike guide were developed together with the Mountain Bike Club Montafon. For this purpose, the three-color system of the ski slopes was used, which has proven itself here for decades: Blue routes are for beginners, red for advanced and black can also include carrying passages as demanding stages. Each section is noted in detail with altitude profile, surface type and kilometer information in the guide. The extensive guides can be purchased in the tourist offices of Montafon. In this way, Montafon can position itself even more strongly as a top region in the mountain bike segment.

Nordic Walking – Gentle fitness training for the body

It doesn’t get any easier, gentler, more effective or cheaper to train the entire body. Two poles with a special loop system in your hand – and off you go.

Anyone can do Nordic walking. Whether ten or 75 years old. You just have to learn the technique and have the right equipment with you.

Lama trekking

That makes children's hearts beat faster!

The llama farm is located on a beautiful sunny slope at approx. 1200 m above sea level on the Innerberg near the Gasthaus Mühle. The small hut with a large stable is located in the middle of the fantastic hiking paradise of Bartholomäberg.

Rellseck Tour (Tour 3)

Kristberg Tour (Tour 4)
