Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the hotel. Mutual consideration is key.
Please understand that for hygienic reasons, dogs are not allowed in the dining and buffet areas. Of course, your dog may stay at your table as long as they are on a leash.
- On public transport, cable cars, and in many local areas/hiking trails, leashes or muzzles are mandatory.
- In some municipalities/regions, leashes or muzzles are required in green areas (outside of residential areas).

DO’S
- You are welcome to enjoy your meal with your four-legged friend in our cozy fireplace hall. As seating is limited, we recommend booking in advance so we can ensure a suitable table for you and your furry companion.
- Dogs are very welcome at both our hotel bar and in the fireplace hall.
- Upon request, we are happy to provide a dog bed as well as water and food bowls in your room.
- You can easily store any dog food you’ve brought with you in the freezer at the hotel bar.
- Dog towels are available for you to use on all floors.
- If your dog needs to go outside at night, please use the exit through the underground garage. To do this, take the elevator to the ground floor and then turn left. Pull the red cord next to the gate to open it automatically. Please remember to take your room key with you—you will need it to get back into the hotel through the garage.
DON’TS
- Our guest beds, couches, and armchairs are unfortunately not intended for dogs. We appreciate your understanding.
- For hygienic reasons, your four-legged companions are not allowed to accompany you into the buffet and wellness areas.
- We ask that dogs be kept on a leash at all times in the local area and throughout the hotel.
- The flower beds in the entrance area are there to be admired—please do not use them as a dog toilet.
- Please report any mess in the room or on the grounds immediately so that we can help quickly.
